Get Out And Run Some Errands
This is a short adventure game made in Decker for the Decker Fantasy Camp 2024 game jam. Have fun with Liv's small quest to leave the house and get some errands done.
The game features all original writing, graphics, and music, and makes heavy use of Decker's Puppeteer and Dialogizer modules.
The game can be played in the browser, but the downloadable zip file includes the unlocked deck as well as the separate decks I used for initially drawing the sprites and backgrounds, in case you want to poke around at the code and find out how I did something.

I enjoyed this and found this interesting throughout. Short, to-the-point, relateable. It being a day in the life worked well.
From my experience, if she was travelling that much on public transportation, all in the same day, it would certainly feel like an "adventure."

Clicking on things to get descriptions is a key component of the point and click adventure genre!

Yep! Sadie and I are working on something pretty silly, and with any luck we'll have it released by the end of the jam! It's been a lot of fun to write, so I hope you enjoy it! ^^
