Janky Sequencer

This is a 3-voice + 1 noise channel music sequencer using the same synthesis engine as my previous Janky Synthesizer project, written in Decker. It supports loading and saving songs out to your local computer in CSV format.

Version 2: implemented a 1-beat note generation buffer to reduce lag when generating long notes (not totally fixed but sounds improved to my ear)
